Brockway Feldspar Drea Carpets Warranty

They offer a 5-year warranty against all types of manufacturing faults and will investigate any complaint you raise of this nature. They also provide a 5-year guarantee against delamination, moth attack and pile reversal on all ranges. In any of these instances, an independent inspector must confirm the complaint in situ (which we will arrange). After that point, they will offer a one-time replacement. Please be aware that after the first two years, they apply a 20% depreciation per year to the total invoice value of the carpet involved.
